when ikan bills see warrant discount, they buy the warrant at 20c. and they think if warrant drop, they will convert to mother, after all already discount ma.

then warrant expired at 0c. they r holding warrant at 20c, while the mother is still offering some value at 1.40, they spend 1.35 convert the warrant they bot at 20c to mother, cost is 1.55.

and upon SUCCESSFULLY converted to mother and listing of mothershare, mother share drop to 85c, loss 20c on warrant, and loss 50c on conversion.
