《公共產託第三季淨利漲71%》

（吉隆坡25日訊）由於進行資產重估取得盈利溢價利好支撐，使公共產業信托（ARREIT,5127,主板產業投資信托）截至2014年9月30日為止，第三季淨利猛漲71.04%至1千872萬6千令吉。

首9個月的淨利為3千405萬1千令吉，微增2.11%。

第三季營業額為1千555萬9千令吉，微減7.42%。首9個月營業額為4千712萬6千令吉，微跌6.25%。
派息1.70仙，該公司建議派發每股1.70仙的股息。

該公司文告指出，該公司進行了3年1次的資產重估活動中，將旗下的12項資產進行價值重估。公司將也積極尋求良好資產併購，以改進回酬及多元投資組合以減少領域風險。（星洲日報／財經）

The lower you buy, more unit you get, when divident distribute, the % return will higher.
