汇通网12月3日讯——据Energy Intelligence引述OPEC高级代表报导，沙特将提出平衡油市的建议，包括要求石油输出国组织(OPEC)成员国伊朗和伊拉克限制产量增长，以及让俄罗斯等非OPEC产油国参与减产。

该提议将很难获得所有相关方的赞同，这些相关方对于哪些产油国应减产或限产意见不一。但这是沙特愿意做出妥协的初步迹象。

沙特将提出平衡原油市场的建议，不减产立场或已松动

据报导，沙特将提议OPEC每日减产100万桶，若伊朗伊拉克以及非OPEC产油国加入减产。希望俄罗斯、墨西哥、阿曼和哈萨克斯坦等非OPEC产油国加入减产。

沙特希望明年可以实施减产协议，但业内分析人士预计，至少在本周的OPEC会议上，各方将不会达成任何正式协议。

I lose a lot on tis counter last year when cut lose.
Target can gain back tis year for some.
Need trade carefully.many uncertain still.
Actually The company is quite generous.normally give out 40 to 50% of profit for dividen.

Oil price raised to 33.3usd. The highest price last night reached 33.81usd. Will go to test 34usd soon. But will bound back to 32usd first then only go test 34usd in this week.

本人觉得，如果给时间伊朗增产到一定的最高数额，伊朗应该会答应的。因为毕竟伊朗才解禁。生产量还不高。而且最主要是各相关老大同意一个份额就是最好的结果。
