This company I believe is fundamentally very sound. It's cash holding as at 31/3/17 was sizeable at rm140 mil. Borrowing was only about half of that amount. Order book is still significant giving 4 yr earning visibility. Dividends were historically good. The setback was largely the cutbacks in spending by oil n gas players. But they can't avoid spending for very long . The nature of the industry is such that they will need to keep spending and investing to be able to continue producing. As long as the oil price is comfortably above production costs, they will need to resume spending sooner or later. When that happens, supporting players like Deleum will benefit in a big way

I believe the news from the paper is in accurate. it says that carimin get the PMO side whereas we knew their present is strong at the east Malaysia. The PMO side must be to a company that has a strong foot hold in Peninsular Malaysia. Who else then .............
