I am still collecting SAB anything below 3.20
Not for its dividend but for the 644 acres of Thugamalay Estate.

No doubt SAB is a very undervalue company, as its asset value can easily worth RM12-15 per share.
However, I am really doubt whether I have longer life than the management. I worry that until the day I pass away, the share price is still controlled by them at below RM4, and dividend is 5sen per year.

P/S: I have been hold SAB for more than 10 years. From single till married till have few kids, SAB price still below RM4, even though the land price in Kota Kemuning has at least double or triple up during that 10 years.

An asset play.
