Can I answer on behalf? 163.9 acres Iskandar Puteri land recently sold to C View for RM 310 million. Using same per acre price calculation 10,000 acres land banks in Iskandar Puteri alone worth RM 18.9 billion. After minus net debts RM 3.1 billion so UEM S Iskandar Puteri land banks alone worth RM 15.8 billion or 3 times current market cap. I have yet to include Australia, Klang Valley land banks bec they worth less. That's how TP RM 3 or above can come.

Even TP RM 3 might be too low; RM 4 more suitable. Agree with ramjie56. RM 3 was 2013 price so RM 4 2018-2019 price?

When RENONG ( code 1775 ) was around 0.30 in March 1999 , a lot of investors were worried and cut lost , but the share price shot up to 3.00 within a year . After that the share price dropped to around 0.30 again in March 2006 . After restructuring , it changed to UEMLAND
, the share price shot up to more than 5.00 . Then from year 2008 - 2010 ,the share price went down to 0.50 again . Again the share price shot up to 3.50 again in year 2013 again .

It indicates that the former company of UEMS which had weaker financial position could have a so high volatility Within 14 years , 3 rounds of extremely low to extremely high , why can't the same be happened to UEMS which has better financial positions and huge land bank in Johor ? Further more , TOP 30 largest shareholders include many government agencies .

That was earlier ESOS. I think latest ESOS was priced around Rm1.20 as UEMS price came down. So for those Staff of many years. Eg. Ms Ayu is 8 year staff... UEMS ESOS was Rm2.30
