If exercise price is 0.35 and now dropped below 0.30, nobody in his right mind will subscribe, right?
So, what do u think the company and large shareholders have to do?

THEY HAVE TO COME AND SUPPORT IT TO ATLEAST MINIMUM 0.35 before the exercise fail

the price adjustment is reasonable, because the ex-bonus/right/warrant should be 30.5 sen.
now it is trading at the actual value !!
last week they can push up to run because only 700 million shares,next week with additional new issues of 400+ million sure under heavy selling because everybody also want to take profit on bonus and warrant !!!
i think the price will bound range btw 27 -30.5 !! for few months or years if cats dispose all.

If u bought mother at 0.35:
(12*0.35)+(4*0.35)=RM5.60 and you got total 12+4+3+3(wa) shares=22shares
Price/share=5.6/22=0.25(including wa but wa now below 0.12)
If someone bought at higher price than cost/share is higher.

Folks, why hang on to a stock that is depreciating? Hoping the shares would pick up again? But this is a very practical way to see your money melt down like a burning candle.

Based on this formula, the theoretical ex-right value would be RM0.3213. Instead of trading at that price, the stock rallied to an intraday high of RM0.665 on January 21, 2014.

Yesterday, the stock tumbled. Today it falls further. At the time of writing this post, XDL is trading at RM0.305. The reason for the drop: New shares will be quoted on January 27 and increasing the number of shares issued by 58%. Would the share price stabilize at the theoretical ex-right value would be RM0.3213? It is highly unlikely as a falling stock tends to overshoot on the downside. This proves that there is no such thing as a free lunch.
