Hahahaha, never touch china counter anymore. Today xdl drop is caused by that CSL failed to submit 2013 unaudited and audited annual report.

最近有一隻中國股——喜得狼控股（XDL，5156，主板消費品組）好像很熱，到底是甚麼一回事，值得投資嗎？該公司的背景如何？
答：先講喜得狼控股的一點背景：該公司於1993年成立，目前是中國領先的綜合性大型潮流休閑品牌企業之一，主要生產休閑鞋、滑板鞋、跑鞋以及戶外鞋及服裝等。該公司是在2009年11月在馬股上市。

今年3月10日，該公司宣佈委任大馬首相拿督斯里納吉胞弟——拿督莫哈末納辛為該公司的副主席，預料引起名人效應，可能是使該公司的交易活動轉熱的主要原因之一。
同時，該公司最近完成一項企業活動，就是以12配4比例發售附加股送3憑單及3紅股計劃，籌措約1億1千293萬令吉資金，以進行第二期的設計和生產中心的建設工作。
附加股及紅股計劃，相信與其股價大熱有關，例如在公司的股票數目增加，流通量改善情況下，加上可能出現炒作活動而交投大熱，特別是新憑單在與母股起落息息相關，也獲得追逐熱捧。
過去數年，中國鞋業大事擴張，大馬股市就有數家做鞋生意的中國上市公司，使市場競爭激烈。
由於營運環境深具挑戰，未來鞋業發展情況謹慎。
本地投資者對中國上市公司有戒心或沒有太大信心，雖然股價偏低，也不易獲得投資者青睞。特別是公司連年賺錢，卻依然發股向股東籌錢的中國上市公司。
MERCURY證券在其2014年2月26日的研究報告中指出，喜得狼控股在2014年財政年的每股淨利預測為3.4仙。
資料顯示，該公司2011年至2013年的每股淨利分別為8.5仙，7.0仙，以及4.9仙，顯示每年逐漸下跌，惟相信也與增加股票數量有關。
截至2014年2月間，過去1年來，該公司股價在14.5仙至66.5仙之間波動，顯示股價波動相當劇烈。
當時，MERCURY證券給它的目標價為36.5仙，給於守住評級，而當時它的市價為26.5仙。該公司股本為11億4千950萬股，股票相當流通。該公司每股資產值為57仙。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診‧文：李文龍）

CSL joined with Pelikan, Pelikan dropped until 0.35, now they separated, Pelikan shot up to 1.50. CSL not suspended I think is even worse for XDL. Anyone joining with CSL is dead ! Any company not submitting their accounts must be something wrong inside !
