Yes, on march 24th, 2014 Substantial Shareholder bought 12 million shares at 40 cents.

XDL at 19 cents is selling Below Half Price What Insider Bought at 40 cents. Insider already owned 51% XDL shares.

I don't see Insiders buying other China Shares. This is an interesting case study
