No capital reduction, pls read full article.
Upon cancellation,-
"...so cancelled and, forthwith upon such cancellation, the authorised share capital of the Company be increased to USD300,000,000 by the creation of 8,850,503,988 Shares of USD0.03 par value each",
Equal amt of new shares are created. So is just par value reduction resulting in huge creation of new shares. What to do with the new shates?

Theoretically it doesnt affect the asset per share, the new shares created are owned by company which in turn is owned by shareholders. But what is the motive of this move by the director? What the market see as the motive will affect the price

No change in authorized paid up capital and no change in number of issued shares. Funny move.
The edge mistook it as capital reduction, actual is only par value reduction. Don know what's the motive behind?

91/2cts is very very low and attractive price,.......Of course, 5 cts even better, but will it be there.

CSL sudah mahu mampus(almost died dulu),...pun ada 8 cts,....

Hey check the legal lower permissible limit for this counter, it is RM0.005 ok? That's mean it is possible and permit by KLSE for the price to drop until RM0.005.

If a they produce a quality product with great sales and profit, I don't think so the price should drop that much. Look at the trading volume, it's only small amount, how come it can slump that much????? SHIT!!!
