The balance of Rm70.411 millions is for the repayment of loan, construction of cold rooms, expansion of production capacity, investment in similar business, etc. With the MCO n EMCO in force, Saudee will not be able to carry out their investment and spending plans. It's mind boggling that with a rights issue cash of at least 9.8 sen per enlarged share capital, some parties are actively pushing the shares down as if the company is going bankrupt. Bursa should investigate.

Stock seems grossly oversold.

The stock has fallen from 0.29 to 0.08 within 1 month.

At 0.08 which is at multi year low, there is not much downside.

Rebound is imminent. Immediate resistance is at 0.14.

Now price drop to this level will have more people pump in more money to buy. All are thinking the price drop so much is oversold , price will rebound soon. Maybe yes maybe no too. I have to see the morning report first than only will know what to do.
