i suspect have ppl purposely dump out to lower down the price....at 3.22pm, there are 3 transactions (5000 lots, 50000 lots and 2274 lots) occur within 10 sec to clear all lots at 0.30....if this is the case, better q at 0.25, then it will up again, i believe before the dividend ex-date will up
another 2 huge transactions are being done with 5000 lots each at 0.295 within 10 sec, sure is big shark purposely dump out to lower down the price...nowadays, a lot counters in Malaysia price is no longer supported by their fundamental base and future plan, instead mostly goreng up or down by big shark
i dont hv fixed TP..prev I sold at 0.33/335..for this run, will watch for that to break..n watch the price action..if cannot break thru,, will also sell at that lvl..
TAE=TA enterprise TAS=TA Security(stock broking house)...but can be confuse with another non-related entity ie TAS Offshore.
If sell TAS then TA enterprise will just concentrate on their hotel and property business ie in TAGB. Security is a cut throat business now and probably they want out.

TA Enterprise is up so TAGB got chance to rise since the Directors is focusing on TAGB and not TA E, however property market not doing well. Buy at $0.25, potential is $0-35
From IPO 0.50 drop until now, it is quite disappointed in term of the share price, but is out of our control, market is not really appreciate what the TAGB is doing now. Menara TA one is doing a makeover now, hopefully the rental is not affected by oversupply in KLCC area but going to increase after that. I like the biz model of TA Global, when they launch a new project or shop lot, they will keep some units for rental to ensure that they have a recurring income, it is one of the way to manage it cash flow, it will also benefit TAGB if the property price increase. Most of the land acquired by TA Global back to more than 10 years ago, major in Klang Valley, Kluang-Johor, etc. If you only look at the land, the market value is increase alot, but it is not reflected in the company's balance sheet. When you talk about hotel management, TA Global have portfolio in Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Canada and China, it is all about recurring income. Whether Ta Global is a good buy, different investors have different on views, but for me, 0.29 is really unfair, it is far below its NTA.
