据俄罗斯新冠病毒防疫官网14日公布的最新数据，过去24小时，俄罗斯新增8835例新冠肺炎确诊病例，累计确诊528964例；新增死亡病例119例，累计死亡6948例。

俄罗斯政府13日宣布，将在9月份开始大剂量生产针对新型冠状病毒的疫苗，临床试验从7月开始，8月进行州注册，已经有50名士兵自愿参加试验。

任务负责人将是国家流行病学和微生物学研究中心（Gamalei），该中心以著名的俄罗斯病毒学家命名，并与国防部展开合作。

彭博资讯报导，阿斯利康药厂（AstraZeneca Plc）与荷兰、德国、法国、义大利四国达成协议，将于今年底开始，分阶段提供3至4亿剂的可能有效新冠病毒疫苗。

荷兰政府13日发表声明表示，阿斯利康与四国签署合约，将在今年底开始分阶段提供3亿至4亿剂的可能有效新冠病毒疫苗。这四个国家新冠肺炎确诊案例累计加起来超过66.5万。

荷兰卫生部长容格（Hugo de Jonge）表示，“我们采取了很重要的一步，疫苗对于打击病毒很重要”。

荷兰、德国、法国、义大利在本月初共同组成疫苗联盟，此举象征该联盟第一项具体结果，该联盟致力保障全球都能够公平取得足够疫苗。

阿斯利康表示，目前正在寻求扩大与牛津大学合作开发的疫苗生产能力，并开放与其他企业合作。阿斯利康目前生产能力为20亿剂，在各国政府同意帮助支出研发和生产的费用下，该药厂将会以成本价出售疫苗，每剂成本大约数美元。

阿斯利康执行长苏博科（Pascal Soriot）表示，“每剂的成本并不高，不过，如果我们必须提供60亿至70亿剂，像我们这样的公司绝不可能负担这笔费用”。

该公司也与英国、美国、流行病预防创新联盟、全球疫苗免疫联盟达成7亿剂疫苗的类似协议。它也与印度血清研究所商定许可，额外提供10亿剂主要给低、中收入的国家。

阿斯利康在疫苗临床试验阶段的同时已经开始制造疫苗，如此一来，若疫苗证实有效，就可以立即分发。苏博科表示，该公司希望能在年底提供美国1亿剂、3000万给英国和将近1亿剂给其余的欧盟国家。
