中美均研制出可能有效的新冠疫苗，但从研制到上市过程严谨而漫长！

天津大学生命科学学院黄金海教授团队今日宣布已成功研发出新型冠状病毒口服疫苗。不过，天津大学教授称，疫苗仅是研制成功，未进行临床验证和推广使用。国家药品监督管理局一位相关负责人表示，疫苗获批至少需要进行动物实验和临床试验等一系列流程才有可能上市。这意味着短期内没有一款疫苗上市。黄金海教授也表示疫苗从研制到上市是一个严谨而漫长的过程。

而美国生物技术企业Moderna也宣布，已成功研制出针对新冠肺炎的人体疫苗，并已将第一批疫苗送至美国国家卫生研究院开启安全性临床试验，将于四月底之前对20-25名健康志愿者进行药物测试。

经济大环境会慢慢恢复，只是时间上的小问题。注意卫生和健康，一切都会变得越来越好。

《科技周期》

整个科技行业发展中，最上游的设备是最为领先的，然后是为了终端和基础设施不断去投入的零部件制造，最后是商业服务，比如电商、社交服务、广告等等。

2019年下半年是基础设施向智能终端的过渡阶段，而最近一些相关产业里的变化实际上已经基本确立了科技行业这轮周期已经进入到第二阶段的过程中。

大家在看财务报表的时候，往往会关注营收的变化，但是我很关注的一个指标叫BB Ratio（Book to Bill，指拿到订单到兑现订单。BB Ratio=当季订单金额/当季营收）。

BB Ratio与1的比较能够代表行业的景气度是向上还是向下的。当BB ratio大于1的时候，说明拿到的订单很多，来不及做，这个行业的景气度是向上的；相反BB ratio小于1，说明拿到的订单数少，不如做出来的多，说明未来一段时间收入一定是向下走的。

从2018年开始，经济环境不好，手机滞销，整个科技行业比较迷茫，可以看出下行趋势比较明显，四季度是低点。从2019年的一季度开始，出现非常明显的一个向上的拐点，10月份公布的3季度的BB Ratio为1.7，是十年来的最高水平，说明当季的订单数量非常大，整个科技行业的厂商对未来景气度的判断非常有信心。

根据2019年三季度台积电发布的财报来看，两年的科技周期底部已经过去，进入上行周期。核心的观测点是台积电下游Driver恢复状况。

数据中心预计从2020年第二季度开始有比较明显的恢复，数据量越来越多后，开始有新的场景进入。

汽车伴随着电动化、电子化的产业趋势，今年将进入到第二阶段，未来前景不错，应引起我们的重视。

从去年三季度开始，整个市场的不确定性感觉已经开始减弱，市场对科技股未来的行情演绎预期非常高，情绪也推高了市场的估值。在这种情况下，我们可以把个股基本面的分析与投资作为一个主要的标的，不要盲目去追一些宏观事件。

从智能手机的角度来看，我觉得2020年爆发性最明显的就是传统光学、5G射频和后置3D感测。

传统光学行业从一个摄像头到两个摄像头，再到三个摄像头。2020年摄像头像素数将会大幅提升，从以前的1200万像素到2000万像素，2020年开始基本上摄像头都将是4800万像素或6400万像素，甚至到更高的1.08个亿像素。在这种情况下，很多光学行业公司的价值量将快速提升。

从4G到5G射频，需要新增5G频段，天线材料也发生了很大的变化，MPI和LCP等技术逐步登上历史舞台，这方面同样也有很多投资机会。

PC和服务器市场2020年同样会迎来一些变化。5G传输速度要求很高，数据中心将从100G提升到400G。里面的价值量会有很大的变化，类似数通板、计算芯片、光芯片等会有很好的投资机会。

汽车电子这两年最典型的就是电动汽车爆发式的应用，最核心的是功率器件。以前混动车或传统燃油车的相关器件功率不高，但在电动汽车里功率要求非常高，要求瞬时功率非常大，所以功率器件和微型计算存储器都会迎来比较好的投资机会。

总结一下是…
科技发展周期，开始重视质量和速度的往上需求。这一切都在全球世界级龙头企业射程之内，但也很确定性了解到科技继续会在这几年内扩张发展周期，就是为了要更换老旧的设备为起点。很不幸的事，因为新冠病毒压制科技火热的需求速度，时间点上会影响延迟3-6个月左右，但这一切都是属于短暂的。其实在整体上也算一件好事，让投资者能拥有更清晰的思路布局，也让资金上不会太过盲目追高不确实际的价位。

话说回来，对于JCY的业绩和未来的布局发展，也算开始比以前清晰的很多。但也希望管理层能在科技领域上下多一点苦工，因为未来会陆续有更多的科技创新来代替传统又老旧的设备需求。这一次新病毒能缓和科技走的太快，让更多的时间窗口给JCY管理层布局和接触更多优秀生产链上合作伙伴，稳定更好的供应链及长远的需求发展。希望往后JCY管理层都可以越做越好。
