CUM BI means if u buy now u r entitled to Bonus Issue share... as appose to EX.. whc is ex la.... u know ex BF etc... no more...

If d CUM BI TP is 2.50 as some confused ones r saying thn d EX BI TP wil b 2.00 not 2.50..

Paurlim: this is frm the TP on 14th August- The company is now in the midst of completing a 1-for-5 bonus issue of 46.6mil shares. We expect the company to announce the ex-date for the bonus issue soon with the listing to be completed by end of this month.

- We opine that the 500kV job would be announced after the bonus issue is completed. S Cable is the frontrunner to clinch this job as it the only integrated power cable and transmission player in the state (and region).

if contract can be announced just right after BI, it should be more than 2.50 after BI.. think it possible as the directors are well plan on their pocket since RI, after that BI and contract...all are beneficial to shareholders who are holding tight their existing share...

however don't forget their existing price are trading at P/E81++, this is unreasonable high and contract award is a must to sustain the price now....

co secretary would not know developments goin on in the co until it is close to any board meetings where CS will be informed so to send notices..... so nothing special if CS disposes the shares as probably price is right for him..

ahem, red or green is good for me, buy on weakness and sell on strength... but good to consolidate at this range before testing new heights... need to take a breather after such a steep climb :)
