Buying a speculative counter comes with high volatility.

It is reported that there are no other officers of Serendib Capital Ltd (UK) and no stated assets. Its registered premises are a serviced offices facility in Mayfair. It is reported that the directors in Serendib Capital Ltd are fishy. The proposed deal by white Knight is purportedly believed to be highly dodging .

Only three persons appointed to the board is not convincing. There isn't any financial statement for Serendib can be referred to. The source of the RM250 million injection of fund into scable is very doubtable.
