if compare with 2018 when the price is around 0.7 to 0.75 percentage of public shareholder already increase from 23.30 to 24.59% .the latest announcements is nov 21 before the price increase.price moving from 25 nov til 12 dec.now the % of public shareholder is enough already or not...i am just study this counter if got any mistake please advice me...thanks
