If compare to MAHSING, LBS & E&O, shares thrown by urusharta/force selling, price still stood at 0.34 - 0.38.
MCT should be at the same range after urusharta disposed remaining 55 mil shares. Let's wait & see. Only for long term investors

So early, more than 18mil shares traded , surely TB cluster is holding less than 5% now. On mar 20, TB possessed only ~5.8%. today is march 26, surely below 5% or lower, could be 0% once announcement is made soon.

In 2018 , Ayala offered 88sen for MGO, tak mau Jual. Maybe next week, Ayala reoffers at 28 or 38sen after buying all TB cluster shares in the open market, happy? :)

the 25% free-float requirement would present a possibility of MCT being delisted as Ayala Land could make the necessary application to withdraw its listing status once its shareholding exceeds 75%.

NOW, life insurer AIA and pension fund KWAP have stakes of 3.44% and 2.51%....TH CLUSTER COULD ZERO ALREADY... MUCH EASIER COMPARED TO 2018... ALSO MUCH CHEAPER TO PRIVATISE MCT

IN 2018, WHEN AYALA OFFERED MGO AT 88SEN PER SHARE

IT SHOULD BE AN END GAME STRATEGY FOR AYALA NOW :)


MCT may not be able to maintain the minimum 25% public shareholding under the listing rules should Ayala Land further raise its stake.

However, market talk is that Ayala Land is starting to lose patience with its investment in MCT as the share price performance has not been great.
