Somehow it seems that many investors lost money in companies due to rampant insider trading. Shareholders and directors in the know sold down their shares and use the proceeds to take up PP directly or indirectly or buy back the shares at lower prices and make a decent profit.

i just join, hope to earn big here, Cypark act very fast on the PP move. Yesterday announce, today already submit to bursa for approval. PP aim 1.03 per share and i bought 1.01...looks like good price. The PP is going to strengthen Cypark BS, hope coming QR will be a good one.

Yays, possible. Try luck try luck. I like RE, monitor CYpar more than a year. Last year MCO fall to 0.8 not manage to grab. This year fall again, grab this chance this round. I like their WTE concept, although keep delaying. But it is good for environment, turning waste into power. Waste is free, and they are using it to generate electric. Very profitable business, turn rubbish to money. If successful, more WTE project coming. More future ahead.

Ofcourse nothing is guarantee, even good company also got bad ingredients. So i try luck on this one. Seems prospect is good. Solar plant provide recurring income. Price drop good chance to buy in. On hand got 200mil over cash. The PP just to provide cushion for solar plant funding. LSS4 is going to start soon and will support cypark order book. Coming WTE plant will be added advantage to cypark if they manage to get the tanah merah one to start running...lets pray for the best.

I am not going to let anyone down, but i think 0.90 is going to be their immediate support because after the am=nnouncement, the breakaway gap occur, and already past few days, it dont close the gap, seems like it heading there for the time being... but, it's only my view, welcome any positive views

PP not fair to other shareholders especially when issued at very large percentage and at very cheap price. Only selected people close and known to the company will be offered. Many plc now abusing this privilege and SC seems to allow it to happen. Sad!
