If Dato LSH buying ,from open market ,then something is brewing. What I know from latest AR there is no cash flow n the retained earning depleted .. If no land deal , then Dato will proposed again PP shares lol ! beware folk!

All shareholders loose money since listed except Dato who got big fat salary n remuneration yearly..Cash holding depleted .n barely enoough to fund the currant operation Will borrow money from bank or issue PP shares soon if the reclaimed land not deal..

Share Outstanding roughly 850mil, with 10% placement get 85mil, then to get 100mil from PP need price more than rm1.

If my newbie calculation is correct, getting stock price rm1 seems too much.

Based on 30 percent PP 20 cent will be 50 over million,30 cents will be 75 million,40 cents will be 100 million.Pure cash.So,u all guess.Investor having appetite of consuming PP.

Can u imagine if there sold stake like the 2 projects in Johor(assuming the 2 project worth rm 500 million,then 30 percent stake sold will be rm 150 million cash,if worth rm 700 million,then it will be 210 million cash.Can u imagine.I may suspect it not yet revalue it land and projects for some years.

Last reached 30c was 2 years back.

We are in limit-up frenzy period, so not entirely impossible.
But happy enough if can get within range 20-25c.

Price break and stayed above EMA200 the last week.
Seems good for now and should stay good if can stay like that.
