The director wanted more voting rights so he increased his shareholdings by converting his warrants into ordinary shares. If I'm not mistaken holders of warrants r not entitled to vote in any AGM or EGM. Enlighten me if I'm wrong. Tq.

our bursa is alway like this,announce good result share down,announce jv or big project crash down, announce pn 17 limit down !!!
but announce profit down share up, announce selling off core business share big jump, keep mum n led rumour spread what ever new share limit up !!!

actually the report in the star is a similar report in kinibiz a couple of months back. The kinibiz report also said result will be out next month but until now no decision...why the long wait? This counter, the PE is above 30...wow

No cause for alarm as the company is still making profit n if it can get more awards of contracts from the government its earning will be stronger. So many other loss making penny stock companies r on the up trend n don't worry about Censof n if drops it'll give us an opportunity to collect the shares at a cheaper price. This is my opinion only. Use ur own judgement n trade wisely.

hello dividen should be ex 0.01 b y 21 august 2013 study the statement attached in bursa website by the company ....same like daya after dividen it naik .......CENSOFT will fly trust me it;s worth .78 per share now look at their financial staement ...always a profit making company grab it before it grab you hahhahahaha

GST will be introduce in the coming budget ....as govt will increase BRIM to overshadow the intro of GST ....censoft will do the infrastructure for GST for all GOVT software and with TIME eng holding customs solutions will give censoft another platform for GST Software upgrade and another 25years of maintenance .....anybody have better news

Alex Chan, y think negatively? U want to buy at a lower price? I think no way it'll drop to 45 sen as the major shareholders (directors) had converted their 10 millions warrants at 46 sen into ordinary shares whereas they can slowly sell their warrants at a profit in the market n then buy the mother shares. What made them so hurry to convert the warrants?
