qwerty Looking at the way they program the chart, Censof is likely to travel between 0.45 - 0.48 and Dnex between 0.30 - 0.33 before any breakout or breakdown. It can make any drastic move if they wanted it to happen at this stage. A major move will occur within 10 trading days if they sustain between this price range.

Where's the weakness of this corporation? What are they NOT doing that is not attracting investors? Or is their share price historical flow merely an anomaly? Am not parting with the shares. Had a painful lesson once with MyEG when I sold off way way too early!

This contract is good news. They need to acquire more contracts, and pay out decent dividends for more investors to notice them. Anyway, this is a long-term holding stock, I believe.

private placement is placing out bulk of your share to some private instituion or strategic investor to raise fund. Usually this is view positive by the market as emerging of new strategic investor who will pump into the money..of course the placement price have to be lower than market since it is bulk placement and usually the investor is not allow to sell any of the shares in the market for a stipulated time. If I am the investor, I will prop up the price and make a good handsome profits!! wakakakaka

no one will buy that big bulk of shares if they don't have confidence in censof...every dime sell through dnex platform...censof will benefits through the GST software
