BREM... MKH..... SBCORP is similar w BREM n MKH... all wit huge land banks purchased long ago at low prices n r in affordable housings.... but SBCORP is even better as it has a huge JV project wit d Sabah state govt.... under d...

when iris 20sen nobody go in. now when iris 38sen everybody rush in.

the SBC train haven't move, still at station. nobody go in.
but when the SBC train move to rm1.50 everybody will rush in.

why wait for the train to move? hop in before it moves.
