feethappy,i have been in and out a few times on this counter and made some money,however i still have some sangkut at 0.95,0.84 but it's ok,since those are the profits made since pelikan is around 0.35. I don't think about luck as i am still waiting for the repatriation of euro as all deals are concluded.I can wait for long time but i don't think the Company can...hahaha

anyway looking at the recent QR profits and if 3rd quarter can maintain,i am sure dividend coming,this company share issue is not much,so can pay dividend.Unlike the Billion share company...difficult to pay dividend as profit diluted

Early this year, it was reported that Pelikan AG had appointed investment bank BNP Paribas to look at “strategic options” for the company.

It’s not clear though how much of Pelikan AG’s stake is for sale, but reports quoting sources have indicated that the entire company could be sold “at the right price”.

This payout would translate to around 73 sen per share.

Pelikan International closed down 1.91% to 77 sen on Friday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM434.34mil.
