Based on latest annual audited account, EPS was slightly lower at 25.84 sen (2012: 25.89 sen). BIMB also proposed final dividend of 8.5 sen. It also announced Rifina as a director. She is currently working as GM (Corporate Services) in Tabung Haji.

Most likely Tabung Haji want to have more say in the company. Other than that, not much info on BIMB except last week, EPF was accumulating shares in BIMB. EPF has 9.4% interest in BIMB.

no movement. Usually will have movement when announce ex date for dividend. That is when the fund manager need to make the move. Once they move it will shake bimb stock. Why? because only 2 syariah compliant counter in Bursa, BIMB and Takaful.

BIMB-wa will move up (undervalued)once the selling pressure from funds (many of them can not hold warrants due to the fund-deeds) has subsided, based on my calculation, the selling pressure should subside some times after June 2014.
