But recently someone big player keep accumulate the share without disclosing the transaction. For example like today from 4.25 just went up to 4.3 with heavy volume of buying. This operation I also seen in the last few days.

When Bimb was below 4 few month ago, its wa was still above 60 cents. Now, it already crawl back to 4.3, but wa was drop below 60. What to say. Someone was accumulated the wa. Just watch when it cross 4.5, how the wa will perform.

As risk adverse person, I will only buy WA at 60sen if BIMB cross RM5.30(zero premium or better than at discount) because warrant holder don't get dividend unlike mother share.

Buy more BIMB-wa now, it is heavily undervalued, once the funds have finish unloading (they can not hold due to restriction of their Deeds), it will move up to its equilibrium price of about 85 cents at present price level of mother share.

see example below.

Currently investor can buy MKH-WB at slight premium of about 5% at RM 2.10. While year ago, we can actually bought the out of money warrant at about RM 0.35.

It had gone up about 7 times.

So perhaps when the time BIMB-WA trade at slight - no premium, we can sell those investor who desire non-low premium warrant as they are risk adverse.

Buy higher will be riskier or buy low riskier? that's on individual perspective view.

Like tshwong said why BIMB WA is not moving up despite BIMB has moved up 30sen from RM4. fF BIMB RM4.50 can WA move up? If me I prefer BIMB above RM5.30 before buying WA. Can BIMB reach RM5.30 this or next year? Only time will tell.

@cytew, you understand the time value of wa. If mother reach 5.3, wa will be above 1.50. For a warrant has 10 years of long expiry time and good forward earning growth for its mother, this wa is heavily undervalue.

currently, BIMB-wa is trading at high gearing (7.3) due to the disposal by funds (they hold about 90%) is same as MRCB-wa, however mrcb-wa is not as bad as Bimb-wa now ,because EPF is almost finish selling, perhaps need another 3 weeks.

@cytew, I am totally agreed (raise my legs) your comments that rich is an ignorant person. Investing in warrants need high level of investment knowledge. Those half full water tank people better don't touch it. I was bought PJD-wc @ 0.145 a year ago, at that time no many people saw its value.

yes, we are buying bimb-wa and mrcb-wa too, I anticipate by year end, BIMB can reach 5.0 to 5.20 due to expecting net profit of about 510 millions with PE 15, while I expect bimb-wa should rise to 1.0 1.20 by then.

Read from 2013 annual report, deduct off minority interest then add annual growth rate to it.
