From the disclosure, this private placement is the sale of shares by major shareholder ie Hong Leong Financial Group, not company private placement. Normally these shares are sold to proxies or friendly parties(left pocket and right pocket) and price has not much meaning.

Hong leong is a stable and well managed group. Investing in hong leong shares must have patient and not suitable for contra players. Probably still have old shareholders got locked for 5 years still selling. Its results should be very good for last quarter and this quarter, judging from daily volume of bursa.

Based on Bursa/Apex Q3 results, we can assume 40% improvement on Q3... and calculate the forward PE for HLCAP after 27 Nov release results... it would be around forward PE12 at current price...

good company but not many people is buying . May be due to removed from bursa list 5 years ago because its comapny held more than 75% shares .If compared to hlfg which is 16 plus and dividend is lower, it llooks better.

每个人都有自己选股的标准，看法，没有对与错。。。大家都是成年人了，网络的世界不需要太认真，自己的钱自己做主，赚或亏自己需要负责任。我还是那一句话，股票是很简单的东西，当股价因为大环境因素导致股价下滑只是暂时性，有钱就买来收个2-3年，一般买在低价位，我个人觉得亏的几率非常非常小。
