this type of private placement without disclosure normally are just used to fulfill regulatory requirement... those share are just sold to their own proxy/own people. No matter what price is that, you will never get that offer in the market...

NTA RM3.50 only, sure good PE 19, So the PP is RM4.80 , offered to who? Those bought at RM8.80 are licking the wounds. BUT there is a company PE >200 , price still intent to go higher...unbelievable.

I just curious, why retailers willing to pay more then RM4.20 when the intrinsic value is only RM4.18 and no big boys want to buy this stock? I ‘m not sure if they know the meaning of overpriced.
