i read from FocusM last week,the CEO resigned without any reason....most likely the other board members going to face the same fate...something related investigation for accounting fraud by major shareholders.... just stay away from the time being....

Announcement on 28-8-2013 for quarter result ended 30-6-2013 said that co. incurred RM5.67 million losses. So, share price drop coz of this. The cause for losses is cost overrun as said by management.

NCB is a good co. that earned at least RM1 billion per year for last 7 years. Losses of RM5.67m is just a small matter for the co. The co. profit is stable each year. Seems like this is an opportunity to buy at low price. And, seems like investors were over sold the shares.

Hi davidkkw79, where do you get this target price of RM2.50? NCB Earning has improved from Q2 -RM5,771,000 to Q3 RM27,265,000. EPS Q2 -1.2sen to Q3 5.8sen. Not a bad performance.
