Finance sector is neutral as its cautious on world Eco and fed not going to buy bonds by end of year and dibs also being withdrawn by end of the year. Property is also affected ....

the hardest part is when to sell..nobody can sell at the absolute high( same as buy at the abs low)..the easier strategy is to sell in stages on the way up..if u still believe the uptrend still has legs..my 2 sen..

good counter with good potential. wait for Petronas awards. they need to get a strategic partner ( core investor) to go for the Petronas job contracts.

Muhibah among the few local co's (fabricators) able to undertake Petronas jobs. Oil & Gas is among the KEY GTP plans to turn around our economy. More jobs on the ways especially marginal oil fields and related works.

agree with JTFX and derrickinvestor.. 20%+ gain is good enough for me, so I sold them.. just dont be too greedy i guess :P yes, it is quite risky to go in now.. waiting for the weakness for both favco and muhibbah :)
