Just some teething problem for state to come up with their portion of funding. If valuation is announce by federal, most likely state will provide some funding. Air Selangor (PASSB) owes 3.7B to Splash. Just pay 2.6B to Splash and whatever owing no need to pay as company becomes own by Air Selangor. win win deal.

shorting Jaks).....yyK cannot defend Jaks bcoz he already sunk 100m IN using margin account.....

The two Govts are more than willing to strike a quick deal.
If Fed drops the 40:60 formula, Selangor Govt will bite.
Fed would then be able to execute Langat 2 to complete the water consolidation exercise.
I think a discount on the valuation (say 10%) would mean a valuation of between RM2.5B to RM2.6B. This amount is sufficient to take care of Gamuda’s divestment cost. KPS/Sweet Alliance would gain RM750M each.
In total, a win-win deal for everybody, including the Rakyat.
Fed must put on its “THINKING CAP”...facilitate not hamper the deal.
