water) to Selangor. With 2 source of Treated Water (other is Splash), yearly maintenance will
not disrupts supply of water to consumers-----I remember last year, there are contract for joining
Langat 2 water supply to existing network

A STRONG POSSIBILITY OF KPS BEING TAKEN PRIVATE
1) Since more than 70% to 80% of the shares are cornered by the State Government and Tabung Haji, more reason to take it private;
2) As the current NTA = RM2.70 and SPLASH will be giving a cash value of between RM1.50 to RM1.60, the NTA would become RM4.20 to RM4.30!
3) So, a big Special Dividend may be considered or alternatively, KPS could be taken private;
4) Minority shareholders must consent to KPS being taken private to reflect its real value. Hence, it’s unlikely that KPS will stop at RM2.50. It is definitely worth MUCH, MUCH MORE!!!
