It will likely shine when it declare dividend, not necessarily special dividend. But KPS is growth stock, so accumulate when price goes down.

Probably bottom out between 1.20 and 1.25. Chart can also tell future because future tends to repeat past.

King coil is driven by normal market, steady demand. It's the water pipe maintenance/repair and new pipe market that is the growth for KPS. Not to mention e-commerce packing and packaging where Century Bond is well positioned to capitalise on. The money from the sale of Splash will come in handy not only to retire debts but also to finance new ventures in growth areas. It's all depends on the business acumen of the present management.

actually kps through kaisercorp(60% 33m us dollar in 2015) only do licensing business with 63 distributors in the world. they just receive royalty but in 2017 through kingkoil manufacturing tied up with us distributor manufacture kingkoil products in arizona us.from latest quarterly results kingkoil manufacturing contribute 16.5m sales in just one month so i foresee kingkoil manufacturing will overtake cpi and cendbon in term of sales in the manufacturing segment they also want to built one more factory the east us by next year. last time i also doubt why kps spend 33 m us dollar to acquired 60 %kaisercorp(no assets but all is qoodwill) but contribute so little profit. now i realize that now they can produce and sell their kingkoil products around the world.
