We refer to the news article titled "A raw water dilemma" apprearing in The Edge, page 7, on Monday, 20 January 2014.
Perangsang Selangor wishes to confirm that as at 5.00 p.m. today, Konsortium Abass Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Perangsang Selangor which operates the Sungai Semenyih Water Treatment plant, has not received from the Selangor State Government ("SSG") any notice of withdrawal of the raw water license.

Accordingly, should any formal notification received from the SSG in respect of the above, we will act in accordance with the Securities Exchange Corporate Disclosure.

This announcement dated 20 January 2014.
