Still, it was the 19th consecutive month of increase in exports and the eighth straight month of double-digit growth, amid a further solid in global demand and surging commodity prices. Further, the latest reading pointed to the seventh consecutive months of exports value exceeded MYR 100 billion. Sales increased for all sectors: manufactured goods (19.1%), mining (105.8%), and agricultural goods (41.8%). The expansion in the manufacturing sector was mainly boosted by higher exports of electrical and electronic products (32.8%), followed by petroleum products (96.5%), and chemicals (9.1%), and manufacture of metal (3.5%). The next issue is how will the sale proceeds be utilized? Will there be a special dividend? If yes, how much will it be? How will the market react to the news? Will KPS climb to 90 sen or drop down to below 60 sen?

Reckon a special dividend of around 15 to 20¢is on the plate. With this, investors will definitely react positively. From here its share price will move northward gradually. I prefer a gradual uptrend.

after Sprint sale, KPS's nta will gain about 20cents( if no dividend is given out )-----about 2.13 ( 1.93 last Qr) Extremely valuable if KPS wants to secure New Loan to take on new projects.
Using market most simple valuation ( 1.30 * 2.13 ), KPS worth 2.76 ( excluding 3.10billion Rasau Treatment Plant project Not announce yet ) Rasau Treatment Plant is about 4 billion total.

3.10B balance project doesnt involved super structure that involve massive steel bar requirement and imported pumps and piping. Chances of inflated price is very High---project losses is very high . Any way KPS has no experience in this type of Design.
Next major works are Earth moving, laying pipes and supplies of Water Treatment Chemicals( design of water
treatment Labs) All these projects are within KPS expertise. But what portion is remaining 3.1Bil, i dont know
