That is the logic. If any news indicate Selangor Gov wants to take KPS private....that 23% ( Top 30%) will stop
selling and if KPNS or Tabung Warisan enter Open Market to Buy, it just push price higher and higher

Darul Ehsan Investment Group is Selangor Gov investment Arm...( Like PNB is Malaysia Gov Investment Arm )
PKNS ( perbadanan Kemajuan ) is Selangor Housing Arm. Combine with Tabung Warisan, Selangor Gov
controls 64.95% of KPS ( will not Sell any Shares )
So only TaiKor NG is free to sell and Buy in Open market. I said he controls KPS price in open market.
Only 188,353,576 left in Open Market after removing Selangor Gov shares and TaiKor Ng shares( 25mil)
comprises of 26.6% of free float ( assuming 50% of 188mil will not sell unless above 2.0++)
