bonus issue one to one, later 1 split into 5................fat fat everyone. then price stable at 0.10............later shut up to 0.30 easily.........wealth increase by 300%..........

My guess:-

1) need to support price at some level close to private placement done last year ( may be some pressure to do so)
2) privatisation in the pipeline ( Hunza just announced)
3) carey island development plan get approval for better mix
4) hand some dividend coming ( not likely as i see company need to preserve cash for balance payment of sg buloh land purchase)

Let's wait and see

this stingy poker ng family will never privatise his company unless they already quietly mopped out all the exhausted shareholders. There is no urgency and reason for doing so. Most of the shares one way or the other is in his trustee hands...they will squeezed all the patient and impatient shareholders dry....now they are eyeing the bukit kemuning golf course land...a recreational prized land being wasted by golf hackers....freezing the membership while trying to buy back all the remaining existing membership....and paying peanuts in return....solid fundamentals but stingy poker only wants to enrich themselves first...unless our time horizon is forever then can consider.

The intention of Ng family is very clear now since they declared another buy in to increase their shareholding of the company to 72%(direct and indirect).They will very soon to announce to privatise the company.The last buy in price was rm1.14 per share.Most properly, they will offer this price to privatise the co.

the nta is 1.59 but with the land at carey island revalued , will be much much more.
maybe RM8-10 per share easily. So it makes sense if they try privatise at cheap price to shh.

Daylight robbery is very common in Malaysia not only on the streets but on the listed companies of bursa too. As soon as its trigger the GO rules and regulations, the last buy in price will be the GO price irrespective of the NTA.
