（吉隆坡2日讯）妈咪食品（Mamee-Double Decker）将通过倒置收购方式，成为奇新（KHEESAN，6203，主板消费产品服务组）的“白武士”，再次登陆马股。

1配1发售附加股

奇新发文告表示，将启动2项筹集资金建议，包括1配1比例发售附加股计划，最多可筹集6100万令吉资金，主要用于偿还债务。

奇新建议私下配售9400万股新股（约45%）予妈咪食品，再以1比1比例，发售最多2亿零840万股附加股。完成集资计划后，妈咪食品将持有奇新45.11%股权。

奇新补充，有鉴于妈咪食品认购奇新私下配售股权后，将触及强制并购法令，妈咪食品需以同样价格向奇新所有股东提出全面收购献议。

奇新强调，妈咪食品有意维持奇新上市地位。

妈咪食品旗下共超过50种食品、零食、即食面等，品牌包括MA MEE Monster snack、Mister Potato Chips、MAMEE Chef等，是国内著名零食公司。

奇新说，假设私下配售每股作价为25仙，附加股认购价每股作价18仙，奇新可从中筹集6100万令吉，其中4500万令吉用于偿还债务，1401万令吉充当营运资本，余下200万令吉则为增发新股费用。

有关两项建议需召开股东特大，待股东放行，预期可在明年上半年完成

need money urgently like say medical
company goes PN17
continous loss no hope
only sell if there is totally no hope

For Khee San does the above apply?
actually for Khee San its opposite coz from "no hope" to "hope"
