The valuation is supported by net cash of 40 sen/share and RNAV for its 890acre-landbank at 65 sen/share.
AND

KUALA LUMPUR: Hock Seng Lee Bhd (HSL) has secured a RM48.86mil contract for the infrastructure works at the Samalaju Industrial Park in Bintulu, Sarawak.

It said on Thursday it had received a letter of acceptance from the Lembaga Kemajuan Bintulu for the project which included earthworks, drainage and pavement.

"The works of the project will be due to be completed in the third quarter of 2014," it said.

Since I was in this stock, I'm not disappointed if something is no longer a continue cycle uptrend. All I care about is the future potential relative to what I have to pay for it.

i think earning per share will be around 15 cents for 2012,2013, may be 17cents 2014. if price 1.50, with 15 cents, pe=10. not that power
