Don't ever think to buy this share although it could drop to 3 cents...... After consolidation it would drop again.
Don't ever think buy cheap prices share profit will make afyer consolidation..... The BODs strategy is to cheat everyone.

They have make a well master plan..... They announced consolidation news a week before QR release.

Qr is expected negative..... Their plan is to make create double jeopardy.....

Prices would drop further in coming days..... Earlier I thought to buy at 3 cents..... Now I cancel the plan....

Poor Quarterly results announced recently were within expectation. The proposed share consolidation exercise is to window dress the depleting shareholders fund.
The main cake will be the proposed Rights Issue cum with the sweetener free WC. Diversification into gloves venture is just to support its call for the Rights Issue. How successful will this venture be by Year 2022 is uncertain and is a cause for concern.
Another concern is none of the existing Directors have the experience or expertise in gloves manufacturing. Only rely on the recently appointed Executive(s) whose past experiences were mainly a consultant and lacks on the job technical skills.
The adjusted share price upon completion of the proposed consolidation and rights issue exercise may not be to our expectation, depending on market timing and flotation of the shares. The mother share may hover around 0.13 to 0.14 cents only while the FREE WC may not be favourable.
If we have bought PDZ earlier at last year's price, say at around 0.14 to 0.18 cents,current shareholders will still be out of pocket upon completion of this exercise.

numberone Thanks Gtrade for exposing the fraudster management.
People work hard to build business, generate profit and share price will go up.
This management managed to gather 150M cash share issuance and take away the money instead by purchasing their own gang shares, and launder out the cash to themselves at another side.

All companies are at LienHoe Building, Cheetah Chia family is at tropicana and another green ocean berhad is at PJ area. These are culprits together with corporate secretaries, waiting to be jailed in future.

RM150M can develop the business and build a good ecosystem, but brainless enough to burn the money.
They organised party after party to claim themselves as wolf of wallstreet (I have all the screenshots already), pray Eddie like a god, they buy cruises to burn money all the time, but taking directors fees and salaries by consuming listed company's public fund.

Let us blow this to all other forums, until Whole Malaysia know these individuals, if they do not divest those shits.
