Kbunai cannot fight with JKG. Mont Kiara land is a jewel for this group. Up to date, the sales from Mont Kiara project already exceed 250mil. 7-8cents dont want buy now when want to buy

however eve time when good super Net pofit come share no up one sometimes will drop even lowest
lowest is 0045

so I put KSL GLOMAC JKGland as weird counter
but If you buy only safe is you no need scare they will give no good results
sure better than now
and they have no high debts

But only Ksl no div
Jkgl and Glomac still give dividend so far I know

If got mistake please correct me

Affin I in 2 ringgit
Mbsb I in 80sen
Insas I in 80sen

If loss making Trive with NTA of 2 cents can go up to 3 sen now, there is no better reason why Profit making JKGLand can't up higher than it.
