Buying some at 0.105... this seems to be a good bargain buy at 0.5 p/b with almost-certain double digit revenue growth for the next ten quarter (my guess)! but i am not sure how will the margin be...

（吉隆坡2日讯）JKG置地（JKGLAND,6769,主板产业组）今年上半年再推介至少3项房产发展项目，鉴于市场反应不俗，因此有信心截至2017年1月31日财政年业绩表现可媲美上财政年。



该公司执行副主席拿督蔡振亚在特大后向《星洲财经》表示，由于新项目初步阶段如营销等间接费用，加上因北马项目入账已逼近尾声，因此过去两季蒙受亏损为正常征兆。

不过，他说，预期2017财政年表现可持平。

首3季赚1003万

该公司2017财政年次季转亏，蒙亏23万5000令吉，第三季亏损扩大至83万5000令吉。尽管如此，截至2016年10月31日，该公司首3季仍净赚1002万6000令吉，比去年同期的961万1000令吉净利多4.32%。

蔡振亚表示，该公司泗岩沫TheEra综合型住宅项目的第一阶段，自去年11月初步推介后，截至目前首栋公寓已受全数认购，第二栋则达12%认购率，估计首阶段可在今年4月正式亮相，发展总值为4亿8000万令吉。

他指出，该公司吉打产业项目表现如常强劲，其中Taman Desa Cinta Sayang房产项目，2月已竣工的191间房产已全数受认购，预计现季再推出最后20个单位。



该公司预计可在2017年上半年内，推出Taman Lagenda项目252间房产。若加上上述20单位，预测可为该公司现财政年带来约3560万令吉的营收。

蔡振亚说，该公司计划建筑新的半独立式及独立式房屋，以扩展其吉打Taman Puteri项目。

蔡振亚说，该公司目前坐拥1246英亩地库，其中有1000英亩未发展地库。

不排除建旅店服务式公寓



他指出，这并不包括大使花园占14.8英亩的The Era项目及纳闽占5.5英亩的闲置土地，目前虽尚无发展计划，但不排除较后在该地建设旅店或服务式公寓。

另一方面，该公司有90%营收源自产业发展业务，静待项目发展之时，该公司同时经营油棕园地，目前种植地占942英亩

Jkland is now developing its biggest mixed high end development project called Era Duta North at Segambut with a total GDV of Rm2.5 Billion over a period of 10 years.This will spur the net profit of JKland in the coming years.
