这间公司的地皮 还没有重估它的价值；如果有一天它重估价钱。。。。不得了 ；不知道值多亿 ！而且这间公司有多元化生意；Dato Johari要卖掉一些不太理想的生意和资产套现进军一些利润比较多好的行业。。。。。未来 KUB可能会变成 Serbadak 这类公司也大有可能 ！
