VS's esos is getting ridiculous. Someone should go to their AGM and ask them about it. The large amount of esos shares generated is seriously affecting their eps and ability to pay better dividends, not to mention it being a dampener for its share price.

They are still exercising options given during 2015, they havent even started much on those issued on 2017.

As of 31 July 2018, Issue date of
12 May 2015 (Exercise price = RM0.56 ) 73,703,000 lots balance
28 February 2017 (Exercise price = RM1.14 ) 9,521,000 lots balance
15 September 2017 (Exercise price = RM1.78 ) 875,000 lots balance

This rights to convert ESOS only expires on 11 May 2020.
They have only exercised 29,503,625 lots of shares.

So, for this year to next year be prepared to see at least another 44.2 million lots shares of ESOS shared to be exercised.
Why wont they exercise it, i would too if i have this opportunity and ofcause unless price drops below RM0.56, Which we as investors would not want the share to drop below it.
