Value Investing...Margin of Safety...No matter what, how good company earnings growth prospects, cash flow, efficient management...At the end of the day...think of Downside First...any worldwide financial turmoil or crisis, interest rates increase, where most investor will buy less risky or risk free assets... Stock markets everywhere will decline at least 33%~50%...Never take Margin of Safety for granted. Always reduce your cost of capital...at least around the cash or floor value...I have never seen a single equity...even with strong n sustainable earnings n cash flows...never decline during Economic Recession...But when it's over... these companies will be the first to Uptrend...!!!

when dyson said will cut order in the 2018, the price drop from 1.7x to 0.67 and then it raise back slowly to 0.7 0.8 0.9 up until today 1.2. and yet, there are still ppl saying this counter is a big con....if u are smart enough to do your own homework, u will be a rich man by today.
