Nov19 Generex signed a work order with Polypeptide Lab to manufacture GMP grade li Key vax 4 the Corvid 19 progm.
Nov 25 signed work order with Covance to conduct preclinical animal immunogencity studies 4 the Li Key vax prog.
Milestone on Jan 2021 development on human trial.

The blood sceening program isbeing conducted throught s research grant to the Univ of California San Diego and the n antibody testing a a commercial contract Scripps Institue that provides convalesent Covid 19 patient samples n antibody testing n a commercial contract lab CTL that is conducting T CELLS assays of immune modulation. This work will support the filling of and IND with the FDA for human clinical trial .

The second largest shareholder of Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd, whose share price has seen a roller-coaster ride this year, has sold its entire stake of 50.03 million shares or 14.4% interest in the engineering and construction group.

Nusankota Development Sdn Bhd disposed of its stake in the open market on Dec 16. It acquired the stake for RM10.01 million back in March 2017, through a share swap by way of allotment of shares for the acquisition of the entire 100% equity interest in Optimal Property Management Sdn Bhd by Bintai Kinden. Assuming that Nusankota Development sold the 50.03 million shares at the Dec 16 closing price of 86 sen per share, the total selling price of the stake would be RM43.02 million.

Interestingly, on the same day, Bintai Kinden's largest shareholder, Bintai Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd, also disposed of 28.5 million shares or an 8.14% stake in the group, reducing its shareholding in the group to 9.05% or 31.69 million shares. The identities of the buyers in both transactions are not immediately known.

Year 2017, place 10 mill in Bank FD.
Year 2018, dividend at 100% = 10 mill
Year 2019, dividend at 100% of principal, non-compounding = 10 mill
Year 2020, dividend at 100% of principal, non-compounding = 10 mill

Cash out and full withdrawal = 40 mill.

If you are boss and suddenly your shares went up 1500x without any reason as company also in heavy debt, then you think you shall sell off all your shares in open market (that is the only venue where you can sell because many small greedy retailers, innocent newbie, etc ) or just look at it go up and coming down.....
