Why is Bornoil not a stock to buy:(i).Management team not proactive (ii).Too many shares created (iii).Poor and irregular earnings (iv).Doing only small time business (v).Look at the long term chart, its bearish downtrend since FEB 2015 99sen down all the way to 0.09sen now.....just my observation.

Hahaha, Bruce, hopefully i can use 2018 id happily and logically in uptrend mode on. If not i may need to create a 2015 id to share my question mark to the company and director, hahaha! How come director like the price drop below ESOS price, then who purchase it before this will panic to sell it to cut lose, many of them should have zero knowledge of share market, and care too much on paper lose, and the big boss behind i believe is keeping accumulating more and more and lower price, company and director really should control this, if not, even i am the employee who bought ESOS will also get mad and lose confident to company, how to work hard? And what is the benefit to buy ESOS while market price may even cheaper? this happent without any bad news. Back the the way, actually not a big deal, still the same, just put it there...bonus2018 will eventually come with a good price to be reward, all the best, hopefully company not dissapointed us for our loyalty support
