I think if the price keep uptrending, Mcquire has to choose to subscribe the PP shares at a bigger amount per placement and its will shorten the PP exercise period.

Bornoil is not oil. Oil collapsed has no impact on Bornoil but instead should be on O&G. Correct name for Bornoil should be BorneoGold or Borneo Consolidated !
