Price fixing for fourth tranche of PP.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 14 September 2022 resolved to fix the issue price for the fourth tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.0210 per Placement Share.

The issue price of RM0.0210 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.87% to the 5-day VWAP of Bornoil Shares up to and including 13 September 2022, being the last traded day of Bornoil Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.0233 per Bornoil Share.
