Per the 30 largest shareholder in the AR - the top 3 in combination is below 25% of the issued shares, not that common.
Next to them, almost at least another 7 companies holding between 1.5% to below 5%
These companies in combination are controlling this counter.

WHY certain major shareholders are selling even before the AR being published?

Perhaps there were properties/businesses were injected into this counter so the owners received the Shares in the public listed company. The major shareholders are in such a structure.

BUT, it has the disadvantages when the directorships in these companies (mostly PLC), have glaring differences in terms of the personality such as having spouses, cousins, uncles inside...just in case.
